Here’s what we do that’s different, in order to deliver you a five-star customer experience.
Firstly we would like to meet you face-to-face, ask you questions to understand your electricity usage and perform a site inspection before we provide a quote.
Meet & Greet
We then analyze your electricity usage and bill charges. We create a report with system recommendations, benefits of the system and costs.
Analyse requirements & Prepare report
If you accept our proposal, we will then install the system and teach you how to operate the monitoring app. And finally organize grid connection.
System Installation
12 months after the installation, we will contact you and ask how your system is operating. Any issues we will come out and investigate.
